Format
I provide both short-term (6-12
sessions) and longer term therapy. Sessions typically last one hour except for
EMDR, which lasts 90 minutes. The fee is paid at the end of each session.
Fees:
Initial assessment: £65 per hour
Standard therapy sessions: £65 per hour
EMDR: £85 for a 90 minute
session
Different fees apply to insurance companies and referral agencies.

at a private practice in Newbury and Thatcham within easy reach of Reading, Thatcham, Basingstoke, Hungerford
and Swindon. This is a safe and confidential
environment and there is parking on the side-street.

Initial
Assessment:
During the initial assessment session we will explore what brought
you to therapy, what your expectations and possible goals are and to answer any further questions you may have
about therapy. We will explore some of the factors contributing to and maintaining your difficulties. This will enable us
to develop a shared understanding that will guide us in tailoring therapy to your needs.
After
the initial session you may either decide to continue with therapy sessions or that therapy is not for you, or that you
would like to see a different therapist at the practice.
Structured assessments:
Insurance companies and referral agencies may require indepth assessments
that includes the use of psychological assessment measures. I am able to provide this together with a psychological
assessment report.
